Words from Wounds
Complex Trauma Poetry
About Me
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
Words from Wounds was born from years of silence, survival, and the slow process of reclaiming my truth. I write because I had to teach myself how to speak again-after trauma, after betrayal, after being misunderstood by the very people and systems that should have protected me.

I've lived through misdiagnoses, courtrooms that silenced me, therapists who didn't listen, and a childhood that tried to make me disappear. But I'm still here. And I write because I know I'm not the only one.
This site is for anyone who's been gaslit into thinking their pain isn't real. For the ones who feel "too much" or "not enough." For those rebuilding themselves from pieces they didn't break.
Every poem, every story, is a scar with a voice. I write every day to keep breathing-and to help someone else breathe too.
You are not alone.
You are not crazy.
